Now in private practice, Paul confronts problems and finds solutions in varied and unique ways, often surprising his female psychologist partner and the hospital administrator.

As hard as some of the prison situations were, what he encounters now is even worse. Instead of criminals getting their just fate, often innocent children and teenagers pay the price for others’ sins and wrongdoings, including abuse. Paul diligently strives to improve horrific circumstances.

Paul understands the value of caring people and what a difference they make. He also learns the importance of enjoying life.
